How Much Will It Cost To Ship My Order?

For now, we only ship to Singapore at the normal rate of $50.00 per order. For purchases with a final amount of $500 or more in a single order, there will be free shipping.

When Will My Order Ship Out?

This depends on your selected shipping method and stated availability of items. The details can easily be found on the product page and checkout page.

Can You Split Ship My Order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to split ship orders. We recommend you put in two separate orders instead. Do note that shipping cost is subject to the final amount of each order.

What Do I Do If I Didn’t Receive My Shipment?

If you think that your package is lost or delayed, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number, and we will review the information to see how best we can assist you. We want to ensure that all our customers are able to receive and enjoy their products, and we will try our best to make that happen!

In the case that a shipment has been marked as delivered but not actually received, here are a couple things you can do before contacting our team:

  • Check with your neighbors, building management, or security to see if they may have received it on your behalf.
  • Contact your local post office as they may be holding the package at their facility following an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
